Procedure
1. Send an email to ziesel210@gmail.com with the following information:
Subject: Commission request for [your name]

Please provide clear images of your character and any relevant details, like background elements or props.

Description

Explain what you'd like the artwork to look like (pose, mood, background, etc.)

2. I'll confirm your commission slot and finish discussing details if needed.
3. Payment: I'll send you an invoice through your preferred method. I accept Wise, card and PayPal (5% fee).
4. Commission process (not applicable to Surprise me commissions)

Sketch: 2-3 rough B&W thumbnails

Color: refined sketch with lighting and color

Final: you will receive a high-resolution PNG via a Google Drive link.
You can give feedback up to 3 times at the Sketch and Color stages. Additional revisions and major changes after this point will incur extra fees. Minor changes, within reason, can be requested at any stage.
The average timeframe for completion is 2-8 weeks, depending on the type of commission and current queue.
Terms of service
By commissioning me you agree to the terms of service.
I reserve the right to decline a commission request.
Payment

Payment will be made via Wise, card or Paypal (5% fee)

Prices are in EUR.

The invoice must be paid in full upfront. For commissions over 200€, you can split 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.

Refunds can only be requested if the commission has not been started.
Copyright & Usage

I retain all copyright of the commissioned artwork. It may be used to create prints or other products, unless otherwise discussed.

I may showcase the artwork on my portfolio or social media unless otherwise discussed.

You can share the commission on any platform as long as it's properly credited.

You may not profit from personal commissions. This includes but is not limited to reselling, making prints, using it to promote your brand, etc.
